Update: Membership Application

We would like to bring to your attention some essential points regarding the membership application process for DKKBMM:

1. Only individuals who have already submitted a request letter for membership and received confirmation by phone from the office management are eligible to apply for membership. Kindly download the membership application form (embedded below), complete it, and submit the application (by post or physically at the Mandali office) on or before the deadline, which is the 30th of October 2023 30th November 2023.
2. It is imperative to note that applications from individuals who have not submitted a request letter before September 30 will not be considered for membership.
3. Along with the membership application, please ensure that you provide an attested copy of your Aadhar card and two passport-sized photographs.
4. Please refrain from paying any membership fees along with your application. Payment should only be made after your application has been reviewed and approved.
5. Following the receipt of your completed application forms, they will be meticulously scrutinized by the Membership Subcommittee. Once the eligibility of applicants is confirmed, individuals will be contacted individually. After the confirmation of your eligibility, you will be invited to visit the Mandali’s office to pay the applicable membership fees.
