Community Service & Cultural Programme
Dakshina Kannada Koota Brahmana Mitra Mandali (Regd.), Bengaluru, is pleased to announce a full-day community service and cultural programme on Sunday, 04 January 2026, at Gurunarasimha Kalyana Mantapa premises.
Morning Session – Free Medical Camp (9:00 AM to 1:00 PM)
As part of its social responsibility, a Free Medical Camp will be conducted with the support of experienced specialist doctors. The camp includes:
- General medical consultation
- Cardiology, Pulmonology, Orthopaedics, and Gynaecology consultations
- Blood pressure and blood sugar tests
- ECG, Physiotherapy, and Dermatology check-ups
- Bone density test
In addition to above eye check-up during the camp will be falicitated by Saradeva Eye Hospital. More details at Eye Check-up during Medical Camp
Members, families, and the general public are encouraged to utilize these free healthcare services.
Afternoon Session – Cultural & Educational Competitions (2:00 PM to 4:30 PM)
Various competitions will be organized for members and children, including:
- Speech/Impromptu Speech competition
- Quiz
- Bhagavad Gita – Chapter 15 recitation
- Mimicry
- Fancy dress competition (for children)
- Drawing competition (for children)

Evening Session – Yakshagana Performance (5:00 PM to 7:30 PM)
A special Yakshagana programme by Dhareshwara Yakshagana Troupe, Bengaluru & Thandavadi, presenting the prasanga:

ಬೆಳಗಿನ ಅಧಿವೇಶನ – ಉಚಿತ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಶಿಬಿರ (ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ 9.00 ರಿಂದ ಮಧ್ಯಾಹ್ನ 1.00)
ಅನುಭವಿ ತಜ್ಞ ವೈದ್ಯರ ಸಹಯೋಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಉಚಿತ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಶಿಬಿರ ನಡೆಯಲಿದೆ. ಇದರೊಳಗೆ:
- ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ತಪಾಸಣೆ
- ಹೃದಯ, ಶ್ವಾಸಕೋಶ, ಮೂಳೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ತ್ರೀರೋಗ ತಜ್ಞರ ಸಲಹೆ
- ರಕ್ತದೊತ್ತಡ ಮತ್ತು ರಕ್ತದ ಸಕ್ಕರೆ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ
- ಇಸಿಜಿ, ಫಿಸಿಯೋಥೆರಪಿ ಮತ್ತು ಚರ್ಮರೋಗ ತಪಾಸಣೆ
- ಮೂಳೆ ಸಾಂದ್ರತೆ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ
ಸದಸ್ಯರು, ಕುಟುಂಬದವರು ಹಾಗೂ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರು ಈ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯವನ್ನು ಸದುಪಯೋಗಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವಂತೆ ವಿನಂತಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

- ಭಗವದ್ಗೀತೆ – 15ನೇ ಅಧ್ಯಾಯ ಕಂಠಪಾಠ

- ಛದ್ಮವೇಷ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆ (ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ)
